Any candidate for this position must be able to execute effective patient treatment plans which will be determined by a licensed therapist. They must act in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing the facility and their discipline while also meeting the following requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited program for Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Must possess or have a willingness to obtain a license in the state for which you will be employed
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Have the ability to relate to patients and staff professionally, positively, and cooperatively
- Must be comfortable with taking directions and in positions of leadership
